A team from Beverley, led by Ali Crompton, will be heading across to Harrogate on 12th April 2014 to take part in Yorkshire Warrior.
Beverley resident and Humber Pilot Alberto Girolami completed his first ING New York Marathon in November in 3 hours 50 minutes and 43 seconds, finishing 10846th out of 44829 runners who completed the course. He has raised well over three thousand pounds so far in support of Children with Leukaemia. Alberto was motivated to take on the challenge when his daughter’s schoolfriend lost her 8 year old brother to leukaemia…
