This was another very encouraging performance by the Blue and Golds as they signed off their pre-season preparations for 2022 with a narrow defeat.
Trevor Penrose commented; “We need not be downhearted about that one, we went toe to toe with one of the promotion favourites from division one and nearly pinched it at the death.”

Illnesses and a stag weekend had robbed Tony Spence of a number of his front-line players forcing him to through a few youngsters in at the deep end.
This weekend four local lads, Ryan Hilton, Isaac Galloway, Cameron Shreeve and Jake Ingram all from Tickton Primary School completed Triathlon. Starting at 10am in the morning the lads cycled from Tickton to the Beverley Leisure Centre before taking part in run racking up a staggering 20 miles collectively. With the run complete Ryan, Isaac and Cameron entered the swimming pool at the Beverley Leisure Centre and completed 100 lengths….
