Hodgsons FC slumped to their defeat of the season losing 4 – 0 to Chalk Lane in the Humber Premier League. Christopher Wainman, Gareth Sewell, David Vlanchild and Michael O’connell’s replacement Neil Leckenby scored for the visitors. Hodgsons FC Reserves completed their pre season with a comprehensive win over Leven Members Club 5 – 0 at the Beverley Leisure Centre. Stew Scott and Rob Whiting scored twice each while Garry Collins claimed a goal after converting a first half penalty.
