Guide Dogs for the Blind is currently recruiting puppy raisers in the Beverley. The charity which supports people with sight loss is hoping volunteers will come forward to help raise the puppies they are training.

A ‘Crime Scene Investigation Night’ was held at The Woolpack Inn on Tuesday night. The event was organised by the proprietor of the Woolpack Kim McKenna. The participating teams had to solve crimes and identify murderers using clues, interviews with witnesses, and forensic evidence. The Beverley Guide Dogs fundraising branch is appealing for people who live in Beverley and the surrounding areas to become volunteer fundraisers/helpers.
