A director of a second-hand car business who misled consumers over the cars they bought, including failing to tell buyers their vehicles had previously been written off, and has been sentenced at Hull Magistrates Court.
Todor Neychev, 37, of West Hull admitted three offences under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations and one under the Road Traffic Act between April and May 2017.
