After a good start with 40 off the first 10 overs Beverley could not score freely and were restricted to 115 for 9. Beth Smith top scored with 45 and Abbie Warner 19 got the bulk of the runs. This week is the biggest week this year in the junior girls cricketing calendar Tuesday was the under 11’s competition at Harrogate County Cricket Club and Wednesday was the under 13’s competition at Pocklington Grammar School.
